How CalcStack handles calculator inputs, preferences and contact submissions.
Overview
CalcStack aims to minimize data collection while providing useful calculator tools.
Calculator inputs
Calculator inputs are processed in the browser by the calculator components currently in this repository. They are not sent to CalcStack servers by those tools.
Contact form
Contact submissions are sent to the CalcStack /api/contact endpoint for validation. The application does not persist the submission, create an email or ticket, or store a message after request handling. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
Local storage and preferences
The selected theme is stored in browser localStorage under the CalcStack theme preference key so it can persist across visits. This is browser storage, not a cookie.
Analytics and advertising
This deployment does not currently use production analytics or active advertising services. If that changes, this page will be updated with the relevant providers, cookies and choices.
Operational logs and third parties
Hosting or CDN infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and requested URLs for security, reliability and operations. Third-party links have their own policies. CalcStack does not control those services.
